Newcastle East Public School

Newcastle East Public School is a public school located in the New South Wales town of Newcastle, Australia. It is the oldest continuously running school in Australia, established in 1816 by a convict on conditional pardon, Henry Wrensford. The Tyrrell Street school is now a site of historical significance in Australian education. The predominant feature of the site is the original school house, which has undergone renovations since its development but remains almost true to its original design.

Our role was to help restore preserve this beautiful heritage listed building with brand new Welsh Slate alongside various compliments of copper and lead installs. As you can see below:
